Maby not as if you were automatically upgraded to outlook.com, if not you may still try by clicking on forgot password button. Or as if you have been automatically upgraded, go to outlook.com and also click on forgot password button to reset your password.
contact your service provider. they will either try to remove the password or they will format your phone.. this will fix your problem.. just format your phone and try now..
Unfortunatly the only one who can provide assistance with the password reset (assuming your not wanting to do a full hard reset on your device) is the manufactor Verizon Customer Service can only provide unlock codes for standard handsets.
for unlocking your memory card you need memory card unlocker or you need a Nokia 9210i handset if you have nokia 9210i all you need to do is just format the set in nokia 9210i
