I have searched their website and it appears that it is very old and no longer has any support or instructions available for yours.I have searched with numerous terms and it just doesn't appear.Under FAQ's,it tells you about what I first said and that's about it.Wish I could have found it sorry. If you do not approve my answer,I am fine with that.It appears that the site takes your money no matter what though, just I don't get paid and I see many complaints about it by asker's.Only one way to do it now.Good luck,Greg

Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly
As far as I know World Globe is the only people that do this. Here is the kicker... by the time you ship it off for repair, get it repaired and ship it back the total repair cost is equal to or greater than the original cost of the globe.

I just bought one at a flea market today, and had the same issue. After a couple of searches, I came up with the solution. An Etsy seller had this to say: "You might be afraid that the globe is "stuck" and won't turn, but you just have to be firm to turn the globe. You'll hear loud clicking when you turn it; this is because the globe is made to stop at certain points so that the viewer can easily meet up with the white dots." I tried turning mine firmly, and it did finally make a loud click and turn. It does not spin freely like a normal globe, though. I also found a PDF of the original instructions: http://service.mattel.com/instruction_sheets/76609.pdf
