I have a Highpointe microwave model # EM925BSC in a new RV I just bought? How can I get an owners manual and is there a phone number for the company? The phone number listed in this email stream is not correct.

I to am in search of a High Pointe manual for a EM925RSL. Wich came in my 2009 Dutchmen Four Winds 26' Camper. The Dutchmen site carries quite a few manuals for the different products in their RVs. These guys have manuals for just about everything in a RV. Appliances, Suspension, Audio and video, and much more. Everything except the manual I need ..... Imagine that LOL

Well...I have given up trying to locate a good phone no. or where this High Point microwave is made (somewhere in China) But I
did locate some parts from Duthmen (a travel trailer manufacture)
They stock the glass tray. Their part no. is 10084 and cost is approx $37.00. I'm not sure if retail can buy direct from Dutchmen or not. If you don't have a local dealer they might. We are a Dutchmen dealer if you have any problems. Let me know if ya need any further info

The microwave is displaying F3 and will not clear. How do you reset it.
I have the part and it fits perfectly. I ran into a parts technician that was willing to got the distance with Dutchmen to wait and order the part. Thanks to Justin from Southwest Coaches.

I don't have exactly the same problem.. I have the manual but the telephone listed on the Intruction Manual Model: EM925BSC-B is 1-800-334-8251 and that phone number is answered by a recording for 800 Info Property Home Line and asks for a three digit property home ID number and I can't get past the recording. I've searched the web but there is no High Pointe Authorized Service dealer listed at 2617 N. Great Southwest Parkway, Suite 100, Grand Parie (sp?), Texas 75050

Yes, i have the same issue as we also have a High Pointe Microwave in our RV. I was trying to purchase the carousel plate for it. The phone number is no good and there is no reference to the company on the web. The manual has an address for the company in Texas. I'll try that. I wonder if they are still in business?
I got through to that same number in Miami but they gave me a number of someone who was unable to help. I guess the best thing to do is to replace the whole microwave. I've already spent hours on this!
