E020 is a toner hopper motor error. This means that not enough toner is being sent to the developer box. It usually is a hard error, meaning that the part has to be changed.

Two side not working
there is a small arm on the duplexing unit that circuates to makes sure there is a piece of paper there. now 3 ting could be occuring 1 there is something blocking this arm from circulating 2 the are is no longer conected to the shaft of the motor 3 the motor is shot and u need a new motor
