All of the KitchenAid pasta attachments are considered non-serviceable. There are not any parts available. You only option would be to buy a new pasta roller. KitchenAid has recently made the roller available by itself so you do not have to purchase it in a whole pack.

We carry the pasta roller, here is a link to the item on our website: http://www.mendingshed.com/kpsa.html

SOURCE: How do you use the KitchenAid SNFGA Pasta Maker Attachment

If it's gumming up, the dough is too wet and needs to be dried out more by adding flour. The right consistency dough is such that if you tear off a small piece and then tear it in half and squeeze it back together with your fingers it should stick back together but not stay stuck to your fingers. If it stays stuck to your fingers it's too wet and needs more flour. If it is crumbly, it's too dry and needs more water.

KitchenAid Professional 5 Quart stand mixer grain mill won't grind?

From what I know about these and industrial Hobart mixers is that where drive gears are on a shaft they are held by a shear pin that goes right through the gear and the shaft. They are made to shear if the grinder or planetary head is strained. It shears the pin instead of damaging the motor or shredding gears. When they do shear, there is often enough friction to turn the attachment, but not enough force under load. I see two shear pins in this diagram 19/8 and part 14/8. The diagram also show the orientation of bevel gears.

KitchenAid Artisan mixer accessory port not turning

You probably just need a new Shear Pin. This is just a small steel pin like a nail that goes through the gear and the drive shaft. If the strain on the final drive exceeds specs, the pin shears through and thereby saves damage to the gears and motor.

This is one of the Shear Pins. They just call it 'pin, retaining'.

KitchenaidKsm6573CER1 the shear pin retaining fell out

If you are referring to the pin that holds the stand-lift lever to the stand-lift mechanism, then you'll have to remove the Motor Housing, remove the motor and the three screws below it. Then you'll want to seperate the Column from the Base by removing the three screws at the bottom of the Base. You can then access the lift assembly and all you need to do is reassemble the lever and the plastic hitch (forgot the specific name) to the bar with the spring and nut on the bottom, then secure it in place with your shear pin. (The pin may have to be re-bent into shape with needle-nose pliers, and I also advise putting "Locktite" onto the threads of the six screw that are used to secure the base and column to the lower gearcase.)
I hope this helps!

Why is my pasta attachment spinning?

There is a pin on the tapered spindle that fits into a grove in the mixer. If the attachment is not pushed far enough into the mixer housing and screw is not locked down the attachment will spin. It is possable that ihe pin on the attachmen t is sheared off.

Broken input shaft

KitchenAid doesn't sell any internal parts for the KitchenAid pasta attachments, the only thing to do is buy a replacement, if it is just the pasta roller you can purchase the KPSA, if not the others are just sold in the KPRA pack

Kitchen aid pasta roller is locking up

You will need to follow your nose and carefully dismantle it to see where the fault is. As far as I am aware Kitchen Aid supply no parts for this accessory, it comes as a complete unit only.
