The F93 shows that the Maximum oven door lock time has been exceeded.
Turn off the range and turn off the AC power and wait for up to 10 mins. The door should reopen. Turn on the AC power ans see if the error persists. If it does then check the following.
1. Check the wiring between EOC & Lock Motor Micro Switch.
2. Replace the Motor Door Latch assembly if necessary.
3. Check for binding of the Latch Cam, Lock Motor Rod & Lock Motor Cam.
4. Check to see if Lock Motor Coil is open. If open, replace Lock Motor Assembly.
5. Lock Motor continuosly runs - if Micro Switch is open, replace Lock Motor Assembly.
6. Check oven door Light Switch - if open, replace Switch.
7. If all situations above do not solve problem, replace EOC.

we are baking at 350 and we just received an F30 error and the oven shut off. can you tell me what this means
SOURCE: Kenmore elite range, model 970-698593, Error Code E015
Just asking if your model number is correct. I do not find 970 models but do find 790 models. If it is a 790 model there can be aproblem with the door lock on the oven door. You may want to check to see if all the shipping materials have been removed from the door lock / latching area. I would recommend that you review the installation instructions in the owners manual, paying particular attention to the removal of shipping materials.
Adittionally if the problem presists it says to replace the Electronic Range Control (ERC) This is not a cheap part! Good thing it will be at their expense including the repair service call..
Hopefully you have already called for warranty service? We both know a brand new oven should not be producing any error codes. If you have not called for warranty service you do so now. Make sure to tell them that you already have talked to customer support and that unplugging the unit for ANY period of time made no difference in the error code.
Thanks for choosing FixYa.

SOURCE: Kenmore Elite error code F3
The F3 E2 error code indicates that the electronic oven control board in the range senses an over-temperature condition in the oven.
This can be caused by a failed temperature sensor probe, a wiring problem between the sensor and the control board, or a failed electronic oven control board.
If the oven is apparently not overheating when this error code appears, then your likely failure is the temperature sensor probe.
If the oven is overheating, then you likely have a failed electronic oven control board due to a stuck relay not cycling the oven heating element off properly.
For replacement parts - head on over to PartSelect.com or RepairClinic.com and enter in your full model number for a full parts listing.
I recommend both sites because ...
FixYa has no affiliation with either site - I have been using and recommending them for years - trouble free.
PartSelect has a great schematic database for locating the part on your unit and great "testimonials" for each part that often times includes HOW-TO information.
RepairClinic has pictures of each part they sell and also a great how-to and troubleshooting for basic repairs.
If your unit has never been serviced - there should still be an original service manual enclosed in plastic taped to the inside of the shell.
In the service manual are Error codes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps you can follow.
Anything too complicated or beyond your scope should be handled by a professional.
If you think you want to tackle the repair - and have gotten stuck on a step - reply to your question and I will be glad to help you out.
Thanks for using FixYa - a 4 THUMBS rating is appreciated for answering your FREE question
