Check the oil drain plug, case interfaces (center case is typically sealed with a special flexible silicone sealant (as your dealer for something like Yamaha Bond or case sealant), clutch side cover (typically a gasket), and the sprocket shaft seal (these get eaten up by dirt and constant exposure to grunge). If I have a leak, I look at the sprocket shaft seal first. If you over fill the case (it should be between the two lines in the clear window on the clutch side of the case when bike is not running and upright (like you were riding it)), it may come out the transmission breather during riding.

SOURCE: OIL GOIN FROM GEARBOX OUT MUFFLER

Thats not likely. What you are seeing is excess oil from you gas and oil mixture. Not sure if your still running the oil injection pump but it sounds like you have been running a very rich oil/fuel mixture.
The gearbox oil is not accessible through the crankcase. They a totally separate sealed sections of the motor. If by chance you are losing gearbox oil your bike will billow a very white disgusting smelly cloud of smoke. If that is what is happening you may have a right side crank seal blown which will allow the oil to be sucked from the gearbox into the crankcase. Hopefully this is not the problem because with your model I'm 85% certain you will have to split the cases to replace the main seal on the right side engine center case. If thats the case I'd highly recommend you replace both right and left main seals as well as main bearings.
You will need some special tools to do this job. I can tell you what you need to do the job and if you like to DIY I can tell you how to do it and what to look out for.
Best of luck.

SOURCE: Fork oil level: 2006 KDX 200

This all depends on what size forks you have, but a good rule of thumb is 120ml. After that then what you want to do is to ride the bike and make adjustments to your front end until your liking.

SOURCE: 1998 kdx oil

Use 10w40 motor oil in the gear box. Don't use any synthetic oils, oil marked "EC", or oil with "special" additives.

Use Two Stroke ENGINE oil in the pump. If not doing an automatic oil pump the mix the gas and oil 32 to 1. That equals 4 ounces of two stroke ENGINE oil to one gallon of gas. NEVER use motor oil in the gas. Only two stroke engine oil.

SOURCE: drained the oil from the case and confused about

Put any 4T oil that's available in your place, usually it takes only 800cc to 1000cc.

What goes in a kdx 80 gear oil or 2 stroke oil

Engine oil goes in the gearbox/transmission. Two stroke oil (also know as pre-mix) is mixed with the gas and oil in a separate gas can (to thoroughly mix the pre-mix and gasoline) and then the mix is poured into the fuel tank.

Kdx 200 clutch not engaging properly

The clutch in your bike is a wet clutch. There is a lot of hyrdostatic friction even when the clutch is released completely. I think a large factor is the type, age and condition of oil. Perhaps something as simple as an oil change would help.

2005 kdx 200 clutch not engaging properly

Assuming the clutch handle on the handlebar is adjusted properly, only three things will cause the problem.
  • Very dirty oil in the gearbox. The grit is causing the clutch to drag. Change oil, ride for an hour in the city then change oil again to flush out the grit.
  • Worn clutch lever (at gearbox). Lever is not moving the pusher far enough to fully disengage the clutch. A new lever would be needed.
  • Synthetic lubricant ( or oils with "special" additives), was put in gearbox. 10w40 motor oil should be used in the gearbox. Synthetics can swell the cork on the friction plates causing the clutch to drag. New friction plates will fix the problem.
The current amount of clutch drag is not enough to harness the power of an engine rev. That is why the clutch seems okay at higher revs. Please rate my answer. Thanks.
