Have you tried changing the resolution in the display panel to 800x600 just to see if you can at least get a display with it set to that resolution?

At first check your CPU that it is working or not by connecting another monitor. If working then then right in desktop-->Screen Resulotion-->keep it 800X600 -->OK--->OK.(in windows 7 or latter )
then reconnect with your monitor it will work.

Samsung SyncMaster 510N LCD TFT Monitor

Does the monitor remain on does it switch off?
Problem seems to be hardware related ie monitor itself is defective.Try connecting to another known working system. If monitor is defective it could be a power/inverter related issue or panel could be defective.
