Why can't I download a driver for the Canon PIXMA iP6220D printer? I have been using a Mac OS 10.5.8 previously, now I want to hook it up to a Mac OS 10.9.4

Canon told you there is no driver for the new OS that you have. What else do you want to hear? They are under no obligation to provide new , updated driver. Either you go back to prior OS or get a new printer. And if you are smart, it will not be a Canon!

How to Find Epson Printer Drivers on Mac OS X

If you're using the Epson printer with the Mac OS X to print documents for your office, you may require accessing the Epson printer drivers; thus you can back them up for security purposes or copying them to another Mac Book. The printer drivers are usually saved in the sub-folder under the Library folder of the home directory of your Mac. The Library folder is protected and hidden from ordinary users in the new Mac OS X, so you will require pressing a keyboard command to check the printer driver files.

Note: - You can also get the Epson driver support services to seek help in finding the driver files on a Mac operating system.

Know How to Find the Epson Printer Drivers on Mac OS X

To locate the position where your Epson printer drivers are stored on your Mac OS X, you must follow these steps:

1.Click on the 'Finder' icon on your Mac's Dock. Otherwise, click anywhere on the desktop of your Mac Book to move to the Finder.

2.On your Mac's keyboard, press and hold the 'Option' key when you click the 'Go' button from the 'Finder' menu.

3.Click the 'Library' option to launch the Library folder. Next, double-click on the 'Printers' folder to get access the Epson printer drivers.

Note that the information listed here is applied to the Max OS X10.8 operating system, yet, it can be somewhat different with other versions or Mac Book. If you came across any the technological problems when you install or update the drivers or configuring your Epson printer, you can directly speak with the technicians and address your queries by calling on the Epson printer customer support number to solve out all questionnaires in no time.

I am trying to install canon flat bed scaner on my laptop windows 7 and I am unbale to locate the drivers for windows 7 (twain) , I intall aarcsoft photo base and it can't locate twain or drivers for the...

Sorry, but the compatibility sites say this is not compatible with Vista or Win 7.

They word is that Canon has no intentions of writing a win 7 driver for this unit.

You should probably backstep to Win XP so you can use this scanner.

These manufacturers are letting Microsoft make the hardware obsolete due to lack of drivers... a conspiracy???,

Driver for mac

Hi, this is Erik Thau-Knudsen (from Silkeborg, Denmark, by the way) back again. The problem was with the local importer (AGK Nordic), not with the tablet itself. Some googling brought me to the Mac OS X file itself, located at http://www.uc-logic.com/download/driver/OS%20X_PenTablet_Driver1.24.zip.  On the download page http://www.uc-logic.com/download/download_driver.htm, you can find device drivers, written for the following operating systems:
  • Microsoft Windows 98
  • Microsoft Windows ME
  • Microsoft Windows NT
  • Microsoft Windows 2000
  • Microsoft Windows XP
  • Microsoft Windows XP64
  • Microsoft Windows Vista
  • Apple Macintosh OS 9
  • Apple Macintosh OS X
Thank you for your tips, notably about the manufacturer.
