Alarm I have no clue how to turn off the alarm on my timex 1440 sports watch

My watch has model number 504-tsk085, labeled Timex 1440 Sports, and Timex provides the incorrect manual for it online. I wrote these instructions after careful experiment:

Upper left button: press to switch to a stopwatch, or...

Press and hold to enter alarm setting mode. Once flashing press again to enter time/date setting mode.
-- you can only do one or the other without exiting the setting
mode (time or alarm set).
- within the setting mode you use the two right side buttons
in obvious ways to set times/dates
Exit setting mode by pressing upper left again

Lower left button: light
Upper right button (when not setting time): reveal date while pressed

Lower right button (when not setting time): reveal alarm time while pressed.

ALSO: WHILE lower right button is pressed you can change alarm
on/off and chime on/off through the four possible settings by
secondarily pressing the upper right button repeatedly.

Use the mode button to toggle to the alarm function. Once at the alarm function, press start/stop. It wil turn the alarm on or off as well as the hourly chime.

If its the 4 button watch, you hold in the bottom right, which sets it to alarm, and then press the top right button. It bleeps at each press and turns on/off the alarm display.

Press the mode button until the Alarm apears. Press the Start/Stop button to turn the alarm on/off and remove/add the chime. Whew! I had to figure this out after my 3 year old turned the chime on!

The manual on Timex's site isn't for the 1440 Sport, so I kept looking through the forum. I finally found a solution that worked: hold the Adjust button (bottom right) and press the Start/Stop button (upper right). That should turn the alarm off (or on if you'd like). Hope that helps!

I think you just turned off the alarm. You need to press the MODE button until you are in the alarm mode. (AL or ALARM on screen), then I believe that you just need to click on the upper right hand button (strat/split or stop/reset) repeatedly until the alarm goes back on. Hope this helps.

Press and hold the top left button (mode) until the numbers start blinking. On mine this is the alarm time set. Press the mode button one more time to get to time set. The hour will be blinking. Press top right button (start/stop) to cycle through hour, minute, date, etc. and press bottom right button (adjust) to change the number which is flashing. Press mode to finish.

To turn off alarm, press and HOLD Adjust button, then press Start/Stop to cycle through alarms on/off.
