I can play you video's on the you tube web site. But when I go to play you tube video's on facebook. All I get is the sound of the video and either a white screen or a black screen. I checked that I have the latest version of flash player. And I still have this little minor problem...

Online sounds is wrong redirected, it's typically a software whose blocking it. Try to retrieve every update you've done since it started.
You can still download online video and watched it later , free flv converter is a good working soft for that, but for messenger/yahoo/skype... you still have to check again all soft who are using online sounds and maybe uninstall...

SOURCE: I can't install adobe flash player on my pc
Click start>control panel>add or remove programs>find adobe flash player and click on it and click uninstall. Once that is done, go online and download ccleaner from http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download and install it. Once it's done, open ccleaner and click registry and then scan for issues. Once that runs, click fix issues. When it asks you if you want to back up registry, click no then yes to fix all issues. Restart your computer and install flash player. Should be a smooth install. :)
