I cant't download my picture from my camera to my pc. My camera it can take picture. Whwn I take a pic I can see it on the screen of my camera. But when i try to down load it my pc shows the drive of my camera. But it does not show the folder or pictures so I can't download my pictures from my camera. Even from the card reader it is the same .
Hold down the 'info' key and the +magnify buttons for a few moments.
Make sure you are using a real SDcard and not some counterfeit junk. If you only paid a couple of $$ for it it is most likely a fake. They don't format properly, and tend to fail quickly.
It does sound to me like a SDcard format issue.

I may not have a canon, I have a polaroid pdc and I still can't download. It's really frustrating. I used to be able to download with no problem, but now There's no way. Please help. csifan466
can you scroll through all of the photos on your camera display? there are ways to setup folders in the menu, and it is possible that something is amiss there. Are you shooting in RAW? or jpeg? please tell me everything that is happening, and i will try to help
