you can email the images and text the sound files to yourself you can send an email with an attachment with the mp3 to your phone. Once you open the email on your phone its just like opening the email on your computer. You save the file just as you would in any file you would like on your phone, you can reverse this by sending a text to an email address and attaching the picture or mp3. As long as you phone supports it.

You have to go to sonyericsson.com and go into downloads and download for free the program for that transfer.(as long as you have the usb cord and memory card for your phone) It's really easy to do,i've used it.

you need to convert them to the same file type as your phone is

just connect ur phone to pc via usb cable and select "file transfer" option on ur phone.
Then on ur pc in my computer folder select h:\ and u will get ur phone files and then copy the music

First of all attach ur phone to computer with the help of data cable.

Secondly select the MASS STORAGE MODE on ur phone.
Now u get a extra drive in ur My Computer.Open that drive and paste songs in it.

i find it just as easy to put the memory card in my card slot in my printer and open through start/computer/memory card and then transfer music
