Every car different, call an auto rescue or towing company, the trucks are usually equiped with slim jims, that can be used to gain access to your vehicle.
Hope this helps.

I'm assuming you bought the car somewhere other than a Ford/Lincoln dealer (which is OK) because I would expect a Ford/Lincoln dealer to provide all three keys, two remotes, a manual, etc as well as the lock code. I too just purchased an 07 TC. The dealer provided the code for me, but said there are three ways to determine the code (in order of preference):
1. Usually there is a white unlabeled paper sticker with the code number (5 digits) on one of the trunk hinges, but often times it is removed when the car is detailed or the previous owner may have removed it.
2. There may be another similar sticker on the control unit on the right side fender under the hood, again same scenario as above.
3. Any Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealer can pull the code from the car computer, hopefully for free or nearly free if the car is still under factory warranty, regardless of where you purchased your car.
If you're stuck with option three, particularly if the factory warranty is still good, and even if it isn't, put on a clean shirt, be nice but make 'em step up. After all, even though we may have paid alot less now, these cars MSRP was $45,000 and up only a year ago so they should still treat you and me like gold.
Best of Luck!

Yes there is a fuse, from the eletrical diagram i am seeing power comes from the power distrubtion box and also fuse in the Fuse box,
Check your fuses for any blown ones. Im seeing a 15amp and 20 amp fuse and a 40amp feed from the distrubtion box.
