I have purchased a new Samsung TV to place in the same room that already has another Samsung TV, I would like to control them independently, but I found out that same remote control controls both TV same time. Is any way I can reprogram the second TV with it's controller so the controller of first TV will be affect it?
Thanks,
Joe
You cannot reprogram the samsung remotes. I just installed three samsung tv's on the same wall. I used a harmony 900 remote. It has a rf receiver with an IR blaster two IR emitters. You can designate each emitter to a specific device in the remote. I used the main remote IR for the main tv, The blaster for the a/v receiver, blue ray, ect. Then I used each of the emitters for a tv. I can control each of the tv's independently with no interference.
