Washer flashing door, will not shut off once turned off or unplugged

We found a way to reset the computer and solved the problem.
1. Press and hold pause turn off machine and turn back on holding pause all the while.
2. This should reset the computer. All lights will light up on LCD display.
3. Release pause button. Turn off machine, turn back on and begin a new wash cycle.

I was able to reset the computer but that didn't fix my issue.

What did fix the issue for me was to drain the water that had collected from a previous cycle. The washer made a weird noise for a bit, finished the cycle and then worked fine after.

Although error 1000 isn't on this site. There is a link to a youtube video regarding maintenance of your washer that will tell you how to drain the water. Be careful as there might be a lot of water in it.

I have Blomberg WM87120 NBL00 Product code 717518110 and had flashing Lock in display. Bought and installed new lock and no change. Display still flashing lock. Used above procedure and every is working now. Only thing different to above was when repowered while holding pause switch two number came up. I didnt write them down, when I let go of pause button the all lights came on the display as it states above. Turned off then back on and its go to go. .Dont know if new lock made a difference.
Wish I had found this procedure first

Blomberg washer does not start
If the machine is dead and there are no error codes,
check the circuit fuse or circuit breaker to ensure the circuit is hot.

If your getting an error code post it here.

If the door doesn't shut properly, it will keep the machine from operating thinking the door is still open. Check the door carefully to make certain the door switch is operating

If the program can’t be selected then this is probably an issue with the water pressure or line voltage. And the appliance will have switched to self-protection mode to prevent any potential damage.

Thank you Sandy for your suggestion. It was the right fix for us. My daughter had opened the door 6 minutes before the end of the cycle (which I didn't know) and next day when I wanted to do laundry it showed an error. We were going crazy because we couldn't make it work. I read your comment (to tell you the truth with no hope) but it worked!!! I'm so happy didn't have to call the repair man which would have charged more than $100 to see it. Thank you!

The error message "door" is displayed and the machine won't start. I can I reset it.

Press pause button and hold down while turning off machine.Continue to hold pause button and turn power back on. If numbers come up on display make note of them for future reference. Release pause button and all lights on display will light up. Turn power off again and then turn back on. If machine was in a cycle it should end it and then return to normal operation. .Dont know if new lock made a difference. Try the reset procedure first.

My magtag 5000 series washer is flashing error code F21, It was in the middle of a wash cycle and now the door is locked and it won't open. How do I at least get the door open. I have unplugged the
Unplug the washer. Then plug it back in and press the button that turns it off. This should unlock the door. Same thing happened on mine and there was a kink in the drain hose. Once I unkinked the hose, unplugged it, plugged it back in, turned it off, then I was able to run a drain & spin cycle to get the water out of the load that was in the washer. I then ran a full wash cycle (they'd gotten stuck in the first drain & spin cycle of a wash) and everything seems to be fine now.

Error code f27

OVERFLOW CONDITION
If the overflow contact on the pressure switch is closed for more than 60 seconds, an Overflow Condition occurs. In an
overflow condition, the door remains locked and the drain pump runs constantly, even if PAUSE/CANCEL is pressed twice and the display is cleared. Turn off hot and cold water faucets and unplug the unit before servicing.


Check

1. Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
2. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
3. Check wire harness connections to the drain pump, pressure switch, water inlet value, and Central Control Unit (CCU).
4. Check/clean drain pump filter of foreign objects.
5. Check for drain pump failure.
6. Check the inlet valve for proper shut off.
7. Check the pressure switch for proper operation.

Flashing F what is this
This is usually too much detergent or severely out of balance load. Unplug the washer, this will allow you to open the door to re-balance or eliminate very heavy items from the drum. Close door re-plug and restart machine. If this doesn't do the trick repeat the unplug and reset the dial to rinse/spin to clear excess detergent once finished restart normal wash cycle.

Error code f22 whirlpool duet wash cycle
f22 is a door lock error try this hit cancel turn your dial to another setting, hit start and once it starts hit cancel again and it should unlock. thats what i did anyway.
If you're getting an F22 error, you will want to check anything to do with the door latch switch.
