SOURCE: bushnell banner lite site, how do you change the

The battery is located inside the rotary switch on top of the eyepiece lens housing.
You have to grip the lower half of the switch with a few fingers of one hand and turn the cap off counter-clockwise with a coin inserted into the coin slot of the cap.
After you've replaced the battery (CR2032) put a very tiny amount of silicone grease on the O-ring on the cap, then replace the cap carefully avoiding cross threading the cap. You don't have to tighten it very much, just make sure the o-ring seats tightly.

Son just bought me a Bushnell Banner Dusk&Dawn 4 Plex, Mil-dot, 3-9x50E. Just looking for an explanation on all the marking on the reticle (inside of the scope) I understand the cross hairs and how to...

Simply put, the Mil-Dot is a way to estimate range with the scopes reticle. This type of reticle was developed for military applications. The space between the dot centers is equal to one milliradian (Mil). hence the name mil-dot. One Mil equals 3.6" inches at 100 yards, or 36" at 1,000 yards. To use this system effectively you must know the size of the target. For instance most people are an average of 6 feet tall or 2 yards. The formula used for determining range to the target is (size of target x 1000 divided by number of mils the target covers). Hope this helps FixYa up.

My Bushnell Banner rifle scope 3x9x40 ia at max elevation and shoots low The scope is used on a marlin 1894c underlever rifle and attached to a weaver rail how can i fix this problem

you might be able to buy a weaver rail adapter that can change your elevation aswell as lift up your scope a bit just to make it a bit easier to see out of. try something like this maybe http://ant-supplies.co.uk/DovetailtoWeaverAdapters.aspx

Which knob on the bushnell banner scope will raise the bullet when it is hitting six inches low?

It's a common misconception that you are moving the bullet's impact on the target... the bullet is hitting where the rifle is pointing and you want to get the scope to look at that same spot.
To move the scope's reticle up or down, turn the adjustment on the TOP of the cope in the direction you want the scope to look, so if your shooting low, turn the scope's adjustment in the DOWN direction.
Hope this helps, Mark the Gunsmith

I have a Busnell Scope 3-9x40 73-3940S

If the reticle doesn't move at all, you've got a damaged scope. Don't bother to take it to anyone to repair, just send it in to Bushnell and have them repair it. Hope this helps, Mark the Gunsmith

My bushnel is fogging up in side of scope it is a banner 3-9x40 what to do?

if the scope is fogging up its leaking water into it, witch means its lost the "o" rings that seal this scope, dont try to fix it as it needs a full strip down and all the glass cleand then a re-seal and a re-gas,
to be honest all you could do it leave it in a warm place to dry out but as soon as you go out with the scope in the cold air it will frost up on you it may be a lot cheaper to just buy a new scope

My banner scope in 4 to 12 wii not hold zero

I'd start by looking at the mounting bases.
First tighten the scope ring screws to 25 inch pounds, then loosen and remove the rings from the base(s) while still attached to the scope.
Back out the base screws one at a time, apply low strength thread locking compound and tighten each to 25 inch pounds.
Remount the rings/scope to the bases tightening till snug but not overly tight and sight-in the rifle.
Hope this helps, Mark the Gunsmith

Cannot sight in riflescope for elevation, adjustment is maxed out

Try reversing the rings. Move the back one to the front, and the front one to the back. Turn your elevation adjustment, back to -0-, and start again.
