Do you have the software disc for the remote? If not, go to the Logitech website and download it for your model. You might need drivers from the program to work with Win 7. I'm running mine without any problem.

Window 7 doesn't recognize birdcam

after plugging in the USB cable to the camera and computer you need to set the mode button on the camera to "setup". Then the USB will be recognized and you'll be able to see your drive and pictures. I had the same problem then went and re-read the instruction manual... when in doubt... READ :)

Windows 7 doesn't recognize my Lumix DMC-ZS10 camera.

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa.

I went from XP to windows 7 64 bit and now my cyber-shot camera is not recognized when I try to download pictures. Sony couldn't figure it out.

If you connect CyberShot Camera from a USB Cable, check the cable once. If that doesn't solve the problem, Choose Mass storage option from the Camera Menu when prompted. I think it should work.

I have what I think is an Inoi Sata multimedia hDD ( Square aluiminum case) .I have connected it to a Windows 7 computer and has failed to be recocognised. Where do I find suitable drivers thanks

Hello,

you should not need drivers for that all, windows should be able to recognize it.

These things usually need an external power supply, first check if it is connected.

Try it with a different computer. If it works then I suggest a system restore on the other comp.
If it doesn't work (which is likely) then you should take apart the metal case, remove the HDD (which is a totally standard desktop HDD) and plug it inside the comp with the SATA port. Windows then will correct the disk errr upon turning on. If it doesn't work this way either then it's dead. If it works flawlessly, but when put back into the case it doesn't wok again then the housing is faulty.

Good luck!

Recently I bought the Canon Ixus 220 HS compact camera. With the camera I received some software among other things Zoombrowser ex. Regretfully this program doesn't work properly from the start. When...

Is your Camera detected when connected to the PC via the PTP in the Device Manager? Check your "Device Manager". In Windows 7, sometimes the camera is not detected, but you can try "Workaround when the camera cannot be detected by Windows 7(when connected via PTP)". If the device is not detect in the Device Manager the software will not work.

The update is only for the software ie Zoombrowser(Win7x64) -> update to version ZoomBrowser EX 6.7.2 Updater.

Hope it helps & good luck.
