I would try unhooking the battery, wait a couple minutes, then reconnecting the battery. There may be a fault in the on/off switch. This should turn the radio off. Then take it to the dealer for repair.
If the radio comes back on after unhooking the battery, then unhook the battery until you can take it to a dealership.
The other solution, would be to look in the owners manual and find the fuse to the radio and pull it, but this may disable something else that is on the circuit.
