Unable to connect through USB cable to the PC.

Hi, have you installed the correct ps suite, for you computer to recognise the phone you need to install the latest motorola pc suite, so if you use google and type in the following, motorola pc suite. then hit search this will then list loads of sites that allow you to download the latest pc suite for your phone, the top one in the search results should be the motorola site so that would be the best and safest to use.
now once you have downloaded it and then installed it you can connect your phone to your computer and it will then be recognised by your computer.

If your pc want to recognise your phone, you need to install motorola pc suite in your system. That will be available in the CD that you got with mobile. If you are not having you can download from internet freely from motorola web site. After installing connect your phone to pc through usb cable and open pc suite phone will get recognise.

Its simple, all you need do is to connect your PC to the internet, then insert your phone with the USB and when it askes for the drivers, you use auto (internet) to install the it. This might take some time depending, on how fast your internet connection is.
