Fix for electric spray wand not working that worked for me. Yes my wand would only spit out some foam, and nothing appeared to be clogged. The wand would spray just fine when I placed the siphon tube into a bucket of water.

Apparently what was happening was that the wand pump was creating a partial vacuum in the air tight canister, causing the electric pump to stop pumping. After all the battery pump is not all that powerful, just got a little foam. So I unscrewed the cap about one turn allowing replacement air into the canister and the wand started working.

SOURCE: i can't get my roundup sprayer to spray.

If you haven't tried it, rotate the collar that closes/adjusts the spray, and/or undue the locking clip if yours is so equipped. The only other source is a disconnected
emulsion tube (inside the cannister) or a severely clogged orifice in either the out line or the spray nozzle. It won't take but 3 minutes to check the lot, and unless there is no hole in the nozzle to begin with, you'll be killing weeds in no time. One last thing though: Is the pump (actual an aspirator) building up enough vaccuum? If not the inner line may be broken, or the pivot/pick up attachment at the cap juncture is not securely working. That's it!

SOURCE: herbicide sprayer stopped working

sometimes the tube/straw on the inside of the sprayer where the water comes thru falls off its connection. If you put the end of the hose in the sprayer you may have knocked it off.Depending on sprayer it can be easy or a pain to put back on

Roundup Sprayer

Hi Robert
Your pump probably needs priming.
Hold the triggger down and squeeze the bottle at the same time to create a pressure inside of the bottle of spray to prime the pump.

I cant read the instructions

If it is extended control Round-up, it should be ready to use! Make sure not to use it close to any trees or bushes, as it can damage or kill them! (hint: add a squirt of dish soap into the container to aid in coverage on the leaves) If its concentrate, mix it at 6 fluid oz. per Gallon. Most "ready to use" containers come with a sprayer, as concentrates do not. Happy spraying!

I can't get the sprayer to spray. It only sprays for a few seconds if I blow through the other end. I has only been used once and that was will roundup. I don't know what to do to get it to work. Any...

Hello, W/D here.
It sounds like debris has accumulated behind the tip. When you blow back into the tube, you momentarily dislodge it, and it returns to the tip, plugging it again. The easiest way to clear the tip is to remove the tip, and then depress the wand trigger. If the particle(s) are small enough, they will spray out sideways to the direction of the tip. If you see unequal spray with the tip off, use a fine piece of wire to pass through the holes, and clean the tip as well.
A quick word of caution, since you mentioned Roundup. As good as it is, just a teeny bit of residue from the Roundup can kill whatever you spray next, granted, it will do it slower than a direct shot of Roundup. But it can kill it nevertheless. Once I have used Roundup in a sprayer, I never use it for any other product that I am going to spray on the lawn or foliage.
Best regards, --W/D--

I have 2 sprayers one is the Roundup Professional Sprayer the other is the all in one sprayer from Roundup - neither of them are working - what am I to do?

Um what do you mean by not working. spray not killing weeds, or sprayer itself not working???
Sprayers clog up if not cleaned after each use, try cleaning the entire sprayer.
