If your PC doesn't boot up then it means that your system is not posting. This could mean that eaither your CPU or your motherboard is faulty. If you get a series of beeping sounds then you will need to replace the RAM. If your PC boots up but you get no signal to the monitor and if you were using a graphics card it now means that it may have become faulty and you will need to use onboard graphics. If you were using onboard graphics then your motherboard VGA has malfunctioned.
All in all I suggest you take it down to a PC technition to see which components are faulty.
