    I want to reformat my Imate PDA2K i try your suggestion but it doen't work. What is the exact operation to do this. thanks

I deleted my programmed systemfiles
press camera button + call button( green one) + power button  at a time for 15 -20 secs .the cell wll get formated as u should have problem in system file or normally u can try clear memory from program in menu of pdal.
