The red light flashes constantly and has no picture any ideas?
Power shuts down no only red light flashes
I have check outlets, unplugged TV and waited then plugged back in. Help!!!!!!
I have the same problem - would you be able to let me know the repair instructions? Or know where I can get a new power board?

Your power supply is faulty I'm afraid. Unless you have soldering skills, I am afraid you will need to contact a professional TV repair person. If you feel confident to try the repair, contact me with the model number, and I will let you know what components you need to change
If it is under warranty, I would strongly advise you to get them to repair the problem. Sorry if it sounds like I suddenly do not know what I am talking about, but you should get a new 12 month warranty from Sharp along with the repair. They may have a service centre near to you where you could drop it in.
Let me know though if you are determined to fix this yourself, and I will reply with the details.

PS. I checked power board shows 5V, 12V, 160V output at the beginning but it falses 12V and 160V with blinking LED twice and five times.

Thanks for the speedy reply. I did call Sharp and they are going to repair it for free, except for the shipping cost to them. It turns out it still is under warr. and they are supposed to send me shipping instructions. I do have soldering skills though and the model number is LC19AB14U if you think I can fix it myself, that would be wonderful! Thanks!
