How do i get setup is starting services off and open windows

restart the computer, hold the key f8 and go in the safe mode with network, pass the scanner disk, antivirus+antimalware. use the defragmentation disk too. try again. If this fail restart again and press the key f11 or f10 depending of your computer model, and go to recovery system, and use the system what do you want, recovery to the setup factory, or normal

Try to on it in safe mode and in safe mode go to system restore point.
It will restore ur system to it's early version and from then u can turned on ur computer.

A. Entering into service mode

• Turn off the printer off is the printer power on. And remove the printer USB cable from your computer..
• While the printer is OFF, press and hold the Start/Stop button on the some other canon printers model press Resume/Cancel button.
• While still holding Start/Stop button or Resume/Cancel button, press and hold the POWER button.
• When the POWER LED (green light) lit, release the Start/Stop or resume/cancel button (still holding the POWER button).
• Still holding the power button, Press the Start/Stop button or resume/cancel button TWICE then Release the POWER button. Wait until LCD printer to display 0 (zero) number
• After the display is 0, attach the printer UDB cable to your computer, its will detected new device installed (its normal), now go to resetting steps

B. Resetting Ink counter on the Printer

Run "service_tool 1050.exe". you can download the service tool software from this link:

• Confirm detected USB-port numbers on USB port column.
• Click "Main button" on Clear ink counter section. Make sure there are papers in the paper feed because the printer will print after the process is complete.
• Click "platen button" on the "Clear ink counter" section. The printer will print again.
• Turn off the printer and then turn the printer on. You printer is ready for use.

If you have the driver CD that you recieved with your printer, follow the below steps to install the saftware:

1. Turn on your computer.
   
   
2. On your computer quit any open applications, including virus checkers.
   
   
3. Insert the MultiPASS MP730/700 Setup CD-ROM into your CD drive. The [MP Setup] splash screen will appear automatically.
   
   
4. 1. If MP Setup does not start automatically, on the Windows desktop, double-click My Computer (on Windows XP, click Start then click My Computer).
      
      
   2. Double-click the CD-ROM icon. If MP Setup does not start, double-click 'Setup.exe' (on Windows XP, 'Setup').
      
      
5. In the MP Setup splash screen, click 'Install MP Drivers'.
   
   Note: For Windows 2000 users, if Service Pack 1 or later is not installed, MP Setup will display a message and installation will be aborted.
   
   
6. Follow the on-screen instructions, clicking the appropriate button to move from one screen to the next.
   
   
7. MP Setup will install some system files and may prompt you to restart your computer. If you are not prompted to restart, click 'Finish' in the MP Drivers Setup window and then proceed to step 7.
   
   
8. 1. If you are prompted, make sure radio button 'Yes, I want to restart my computer now.' is selected in the MP Drivers Setup window and then click 'Finish'. DO NOT remove the CD-ROM at this stage. MP Setup splash screen will open after Windows has restarted.
      
      
   2. If you had to restart your computer and the MP Setup screen is not displayed or you closed it, on the Windows desktop, double-click My Computer (on Windows XP, click Start then click My Computer).
      
      
   3. Double-click the CD-ROM icon. If MP Setup does not start, double-click 'Setup.exe' (on Windows XP, 'Setup').
      
      
9. In the MP Setup splash screen, click 'Install MP Toolbox.'
   
   
10. Follow the on-screen instructions, clicking the appropriate button to move from one screen to the next.
    
    
11. At the MP Toolbox Setup dialog box, click 'Finish'.
    
    
12. Confirm the MultiPASS is turned on.
    
    
13. Connect the USB cable to the MP730 and computer USB ports. Windows will detect the printer and proceed to install the driver files.
    
    
14. Your MultiPASS includes additional software applications that you can install now or at a later date. To install the software, click 'Install Utility Software' and then proceed through each installation.

Try pressing F8 on startup, and chose to start in safe mode, if you can start the computerin safe mode, perform a system restore to an earlier date.

If the computer does not even start in safe mode, then you will need to reinstall the system, either from recovery CD, or from a generiuc windows Setup disk.

If your dishwasher does not run or stops during a cycle
Is the Start/Resume indicator flashing? Opening the door or
interrupting the power stopped the cycle. Close the door and
press START/RESUME.
Does the Start/Resume indicator flash 3 times when you
press START/RESUME? The dishwasher is waiting for you to
open the door after the last cycle. Open and close the door,
then press START/RESUME.
Is the door closed tightly and latched?
(NOTE: On models with a dual-digit display, the control
displays “- -” during a cycle if it believes the door is not
latched.)
Is the right cycle selected? Refer to the “Cycle Selection
Charts.”
Is there power to the dishwasher? Has a household fuse
blown, or has a circuit breaker tripped?
Has the motor stopped due to an overload? The motor
automatically resets itself within a few minutes. If it does not
restart, call for service.
Is the water shutoff valve (if installed) turned on?
It is normal for certain cycles to repeatedly pause for several
seconds during the main wash.

If the dishwasher will not fill
Check the overfill protection float that is able to move up and down
freely? Press down to release.

The first thing I would have you do is to shutdown the computer (Hold the power button until the system turns off) and retry the format. Are you using a Microsoft XP disc or a recovery disc? If your not sure just post with all of the text that appears on the CD. 

hi, some media players would not support resume play after a windows standby or hybernation. please setup the standby settings and its timing through desktop properties or stop the player before going for hybernation.

I had the same problem on my Toshiba Satellite U305, struggling with it for the past 4 months and having to use Shutdown each time I was done using it. Very frustrating! Toshiba worked with me several weeks, telling me to re-install Vista and all the fixes, which took a lot of work backing up etc and this did not fix the problem. Today they finaly told me to try entering this special command and it fixed my problem. Maybe it will fix yours too.

Create a shortcut on the desktop and to make the shortcut, right click on the desktop, choose Create Shortcut, enter CMD.EXE where it asks you to "Enter the location of the item". This will create an icon on the desktop that looks like a mini-command prompt. Then on the desktop, RIGHT click on the CMD.EXE shortcut/icon you have created and select "Run as administrator". This will open a command prompt window. Here in the black-box with white letter window, enter the command "powercfg -h on" (without the quotes). Reboot and see if the problem is resolved. This fixed my Toshiba Satellite that had this problem.
