After running for continuosly for long hours my motherboard ids getting hot and is getting closed automatically.
Aside from the issues with a bad fan or dust accumulation, the location of the laptop is important. If you place it on your lap the air vents on bottom of unit will be obstructed by your body resulting in overheating and a thermal shutdowmn
Try cleaning the fan intact dust can cause this
Overheating When the CPU overheats then it will shut down (i.e. thermal overload) and won't boot up again until it has cooled down. If this is the problem is not fixed then the CPU will eventually fail.
A faulty fan causes the problem or the fan and heat sink assembly are clogged with dust.
Check the CPU fan to see if it spins freely, if not replace the fan.
If the fan and heat sink is clogged with dust the remove the dust and make sure the vents are clear and dust free. Use a small brush and can of compressed air to do this.

You need to do one more thing in addition to removing the battery. Make the AC Power is unplugged. Next hold down the power button for about 20 seconds. This will make sure that all the power is removed from the system. Doing this should reset the system. Next plug in the AC Power and the notebook should turn on.
Let me know if you have any more problems or questions.

If it takes ages to boot up and switch off, sounds like virus/malware infection.
Boot into safe mode with network support (usually f8 on boot up)
run a good malwate scanner like Malwarebytes(free)
Microsoft also has its Security suite that is free and has windows defender built in.
also CC cleaner is a good program for removing all the rubbish from your pc and for stopping unwanted programs starting up at boot up
