I have got a samsung mobile phone C3200 Monte Bar. When i want to write a new message,open inbox, or outbox i get the error initializing sms service. I tried to remove battery and sim card also.

try turning ur phone off and keeping it off for 5 minutes. and remove your sim for a couple minutes. put it back in and turn it on it should be gone

Turn the phone off and back on and it should let you delete or successfully send them. Odd problem I have encountered it a few times as well.

You say the center address is correct?

That's a definite problem. The options tab should always be available. I would power off, take out the battery, put it back in, and power on. See if that changes anything. I've noticed that when the pantechc610 is acting funky, turning off and on seems to solve the problem.

The options tab should always appear on the outbox screen. I would try powering off, taking out battery for a few seconds, put back in and power on. I've noticed that most problems with the c610 are solved by turning off and on.
