I believe that this is a high-temperature error. so, you might need to move the printer to a cooler room or lower the temperature of the room that the printer is in.

Check to make sure the contact points of the connector and replace the optional unit

Error code 122 means " Low voltage FAN error ".

Is the FAN (bottom right of the front) of the low voltage power supply block working? Is the FAN connector connected correctly?

Check to make sure connection of the FAN connector. Replace the low voltage power supply unit. Replace the FAN motor. Replace the low voltage power supply unit.

printer oki b411dn put out of the balcony, unsatisfied by his work, too many error codes, to lost time, to failed

Its a Thermal error. the code is Error 020 and its a problem with the main board on the printer. costly to repair if not under warranty

No reset need to fix fault then clears...

Replace Toner Cartridges with Gen OKI new ones... are you using non oki product? Cause Toner carts, thats where I would start looking cause the error is the machine not receiving correct information from a little chip built into the toner cartridges to allow operation to begin.
