A good idea might be to send it back to get the board fixed. That might help.

SOURCE: my android tablet is "frozen". Will turn on but

has anything been deleted from it when it has been plugged into a computer or has anything been deleted from the device itself from its root directory? if not and its gone like that by itself, it could be corrupted software or a missing root file which is usually bad at first, now what i know about some tablets is if it wont work theres a recovery file usually internally but this is in some tablets only that ive read about, i also have one but havent needed to try to restore it and it can be done from an engineering mode, this is possable by pressing the power button and another button like the home button at the same time once the unit is off untill it turns back on with options, but as for some models im not sure of but i will have to look this up at some stage as i am working on tablets at this time so unless you know what you are doing i wouldnt attempt it, once i have gotten through some tablets ill be able to give a better resolution on this subject with others. the advice ive given wont work for all as pressing power and home will start different options up on different tablets and versions.

The Issue

The problem usually presents itself like this: you boot up your tablet and the tablet reaches the Android logo and hangs there and never moves. If you attempt to restart or reset the tablet through the Android recovery mode that too does not help and the tablet is basically useless as it will not start-up.

Why is my tablet stuck on the Android Screen?

The issue is caused by a corrupted or none functioning Android operating system and the only way to get your device back to a functional state is to reflash the original firmware or a compatible version

Devices will no work

This will work on any Android tablet with the issue, however it works best with tablets that look like the Alldaymall A13 MID or the Irulu AK304 which we have tested this on and others, it's a simple matter of finding the correct fir

My tablet wont come on. whenever i turn it on it just comes to the loading screen and says system loading. then it wont go any further its stuck on the loading screen. what's wrong it?

Sounds like a previous update did not finish installing due to being switched off in mid stream or it got corrupted.good news is you can reset android tablets to factory settings...bad news is you will lose all you settings and apps which you will need to reinstall once it is up and running.most tablets reset in the same way.

switch off ...then whilst holding the up volume and the home button hold down the power button then continue holding just the vol up and home button.it will display the robot then you can let go of all the keys and follow on screen instructions to reinstall factory reset.
some tablets are a little bit different to reset...instead of volume up its volume down.if you google your make and model of tablet it will describe correct procedure...one last thing...do not panic if it doesn't reset first time...some Chinese based tablets may take two or three attempts to reset.

My trio stealth- 8 powers on but won't boot up and the reset button just keeps powering it off what can I do to fix my tablet?????

One of the common solutions from YouTube videos short of more drastic measures would be to hold the power button for 10 seconds.

The below videos may help or will if you must resort to a hard reset - that will wipe all files and restore to original.

Button stuck on tablet

Dear Michael,

If you have available at your home, try spraying just a little bit of WB40 in the button and try to move it back to its place depressing it and dragging it back with two matches or two toothpicks.

Hope you may find this info helpful!

Best regards,
