Recommend you contact RCA support at their 800 #. Be sure to have your SPECIFIC model number as there is an A model and a B
model ie, RCA 2525ORE1-A and 1-B. Also recommend you call during the week as the weekend support is very lacking
in knowledge. They must look up items in manuals and this takes quite a long time. Sorry I cannot be of more help.
