I have a hp compaq dc7600 small form factor pc, running XP Home. I can't find any drivers for both Standard VGA and my Radeon ATI X1300 (102-a924b) card. I have tried all of HPs vga drivers and the ATI catalyst won't work either. There is an older ATI driver pack that when it is about to finish tells me to try to install my standard VGA first. I have tried disabling the vga in the bios and that doesn't work. The rest of the drivers say that my PC doesn't meet the system minimum requirements. I have 2gb ram and 80gb sata drive.
Evrything gets to OLD.

Depending on operating system installed, check for microphone enabled in "sound" setting found in control panel. Also may have a "mute" setting in sound mixer control aplet.
