Hi,

To open the Gecko, follow the steps below:

Stand behind the folded stroller, ensuring the handle is on the top of the stroller.
Bend down and place your hands on the handle bar, DONT lift the pram, make sure it stays on the floor.
Push the white button on the inside of the left hand side of the handle bar.
Pull both triggers (located inside of the handle bar) toward you and lift the handle up.
Stand up-right, and place your foot onto the bottom of the two axles which you can see in front of you (make sure that you have your foot on the axle which connects the two small swivel wheels).
Whilst you are standing, with your hands on the handle bar and your foot on the axle, push the axle outwards with your foot away from you and slightly upwards. This should open the chassis up-right. Please note that the chassis will appear to be unstable and move, this will stop the minute that you click on your carseat/carrycot or seat unit.

I hope this helps.

Seat position not adjusting on the chassis.

It usually does this if the frme is not clicked onto the chassis correctly, push it down to click it into place. If this doesnt work might be the buttons need replacing they can be bought as a spare part and are easy to cahnge (one screw) Hope this helps

Dont no how to unfold it

Hi,

To unfold the Frog:

Stand behind the chassis with the handle bar nearest to you.
Bend down (leaving the chassis on the floor - don't try an elevate it at all) hold the handle, push the small white button in on your left hand, once depressed pull both triggers (one either side), this will release the handle.
DONT try and open the chassis just yet!
Lift the handle up and stand upright.
In front of you, you will see two parallel axles (nearly touching the floor) place your foot onto the BOTTOM axle and gently push downwards and then kick it outward away from you.
This should open the chassis.
Once the chassis is open, it will appear to be unstable, this will STOP once the seat OR carrycot are clicked onto the chassis.
I hope that all made sense and helps you.
Faling that, I would suggest that you perhaps contact Bugaboo.com for some advice as this is extremely hard to convey in text - Good Luck!

Faulty Bugaboo Bee

I to had this problem, my problem was i also lost proof of purchase so couldnt get a new chassis, Bugaboo even though the prams havent been out for two years wouldnt replace so i had to try and either fix the pram or buy a new chassis for £235. I then read on the internet about how to remove the rivets on the chassis, you need a rivet gun and a drill the problem was the rubber had broken and fallen way down the pram chassis and if you can replace this with some new rubber the chassis is good to go (just make sure you do this slowly so you can see what part goes back where), you need to buy new rivets as when you remove the old olds these are no longer useable, i am soo happy i tried to fix this, it took me and my sister 1/2 hour and saved me £235 (the price quoted by Bugaboo for a new chassis). Hey hope this helps anyone and saves you having to line Bugaboo pockets, hey theres a clearly a niche in the market as Bugaboo do not have a work shop, they clearly want you to keep spending!!!!
