How do i use e key above in key

I would appear that you have somehow setup something on those keys - e with an accent above is most likely French

The keys above the 8 and the 9 should do it. The key above 8 and 9 is the left bracket and the key above the 9 and the DEL key is the right bracket.

The pound sign is usually located above the number 3 (not on the number keysboard but above the w....e on letter keys. You have to use the shift key to get the ### key.

ABOVE THE LETTER KEYBOARD number 3 use shift #

To key in (8.23x10^-3)^2, press 8 . 2 3 EE +/- 3 x^2
The EE key is just above the 7 key. The +/- key is just below the 3 key. The x^2 key is two keys above the 8 key.
One way to carry out the entire operation is
1 . 4 6 EE +/- 2 / 8 . 2 3 EE +/- 3 x^2 =

Don't look above the keys, but at the keys themselves. The comma is not a shifted function, but the primary function of the key located just above the 7 key.

To reset your voice mail password, press feature 983
the screen should say log:
enter 1020000 (default password) if you have a 3 digit intercom number, 120000 if you have a 2 digit intercom number
the display should say mbox, AA, and othr above the three soft keys
press the mbox soft key
the screen should say add, del, and chng above the soft keys
press the chng soft key
enter in the mailbox number you wish to reset the password on
press ok
the screen should say reset and next above the soft keys
press the reset soft key
press the Rls key
your password should be reset to 0000

The comma key on the TI 84 SE is above the 7 key, and it is just left of (, right of x squared, and below SIN. thats where the "," key is. If you're asking something else, please clearify. My understanding is that you don't know where the comma key is.
