Where is the charging port on my ITA34601iTouch Smartwatch

There isn't one! The watch goes into a charging cradle and the charging cradle takes a USB Mini 'D' lead. It is shown in the images of the manual. you can see the 4 gold flashed contacts on the underside of the watch.

Flashing charge

I couldn't find your model on thier web site but this range appears to have solar panels to charge the battery. Place your watch in bright sunlight or under a lamp (not a hot one) to charge the battery.

If this fails, consult your nearst dealer.

I lost the Wrist Net power supply but I do have the charger base. What voltage is the power supply?

Wow, I haven't used my SPOT watch in years--but I found it!

The charging base for my Abacus AU4000 uses an adapter rated at 12 volts, .11 amps, center positive. I believe that all the charging cradles for the Abacus Wrist Net series watches were the same--the different model numbers referred to different case and band options.

Good luck, and don't hesitate to follow up if you have any additional questions.

I have citizen eco-drive skyhawk not under warranty. Two weeks ago everything turned off. Nothing works. Do i change battery is there replaceable battery in these watches? I know when i bought it they...

The watch has a "battery" and claims that it does not need to be replaced but perhaps it needs re-charging. If you go to their web site (click on the link below), there is a full explanation of re-charging requirements :-

Tissot 1853 stops running all the time have had it in for repairs and they state that it must be my husband de- charging the battery? I believe it is a crappy watch that we payed too much for? Can we do...

Ive never heard of anyone de-charging a battery! Sounds like those people didnt really know what they are talking about! Its very possible that its running without the hands moving! Its a very common issue in our shop. Watch has what we call a beat which comes from a magnetic rotor. We put some watch oil on the pivots where the wheels are and then place it on a machine that has a magnetic field and forces the hands to move and that can dislodge any old thickened watch oil or anything else that could build up...the watch may have even gotten wet at one point and could have rust or even corrosion inside the movement!

Find a good reputable watch repair shop and see if they can re-evaluate the watch and come up with a better reason that he is "de-charging" a battery! :-)

Hello. I let a Citizen Black Eagle Skyhawk run completely. Even after charging it for 24 hours, the watch will not run. What is my course of action? Send it in?

After charging the Skyhawk/Black Eagle watch, you need to reset it.

Here's how to do it:
Turn the crown (knob) until it's in chronograph mode (CHR), then pull it out to TWO clicks. Push both buttons at the same time and the display should turn on. The push the crown back in to complete the reset.

If that does not work and you are 100% positive it should've charged...take it in for service. It could be a bad battery (rare).

Can't get new eco drive watch to start!

The Citizen Eco Drive watches use special recharchable batteries.
I started collecting a couple of watches and I noticed sometimes a jeweler replaces them with an ordinary battery. The watch will work and at the same time it will try to recharge this one until it explodes! In newer models they made it harder to use the non-rechargable ones by adding a special connector or clip to the rechargable battery types.
Okay, if you say your battery goes bad, or the watch does not run? It may have lost the charge over time. First thing to try is to leave it on the window sill so the dial is in the sun. It will start ticking, but please leave it out there for 3 days to a week. The seconds hand will tick irregularly in steps of one and two seconds, to show you it wants you to readjust the time, as it knows it has lost time. Adjust the time and it should run smoothly.
The seconds hand should run in single second steps, if it takes steps regularly, but every 3 seconds or so, it tries to tell you that its power level is going down. It will be able to continue for one or two days, but you should get it into the sun more often.
Charging the battery under a lamp is possible, however this heats up the watch and this may reduce battery life.
If you need to know more about the Eco Drive, look for detail tech manuals for all types here: http://www.citizenwatch.com/downloads/tech/tech.htm
Those are great watches as long as you remember it needs light to charge.
