The power light should be red then dim and turn blue then TV come on but mine the red light dims then comes back bright red TV doesn't come on
SOURCE: When you turn it on it takes 30 minutes to come
You have dying power supply more likely due to bad caps, that is what you should look for, do not keep trying to use the TV or maore damage may result due to unstable DC voltages with a lot of AC ripples feeding the circuits.
Look for caps with leaking/bulging tops/bottom seals.

You are only have 5v standby circuit working, the problem can be in the main control board (not sending signal to turn on the main power supply sections) or the main power supply sections are bad.
SOURCE: Technika lcd32-207 is stuck in standby. Blue standby light dims.
Hi brendafoud, have you had this fixed as mine is the same and has been for months. It happened just after the warranty had ran out(typical). Bought from ebay and the people I got it from are not very helpfull. Have you got yours fixed yet?
SOURCE: Red power light and buzzing sound with red lamp light.
If the lamp does not light at all, it is probably a bad lamp. The buzzing may be the ballast trying to start the lamp or a problem with the power supply. Check the lamp and see if the arc tube is broken. If its a new lamp, you should be under warranty. I have the manual if you want to go to me site at allprojectorlamps.com. Just send you email to me attention Bulb Guy
