Hello, I am wondering how long between times you are stating, as most Bunn commercial units, stay heating 24/7, and if water is not poured into the machine every couple of days, they will evaporate off water that is held in the tank. This drop in water level can cause short brewing, slow brewing, etc.. as the unit relies on a vacuum or suction to brew properly. You could also have a leaking tank gasket, or brew tube gasket, and it is seeping air into the tank, breaking the vacuum/siphon action, and then seals with water, or expansion at other times. Another cause would be scale build up, and pieces are floating in the tank blocking the flow of water, or your spray head may be clogging/clogged, which minor cleaning should take care of the sprayhead, and tube, or a major cleaning necessary for the tank.

Hope that helps, and thank you.

WHY HAS MY CAFE STOPPED WORKING? IT DOESNT DRIP COFFEE INTO CUP.

Sounds like your machine is congested. Consider cleaning out the nozzle or the filter.

Coffee starts dripping down before I can get the water all poured in and the pot on the warmer, causing a mess.

This is common with bunn coffee makers, if you are not fast enough, coffee starts dripping. The only solution I found is to use a water pitcher, first fill coffee pot to cup mark you are using, then pour into pitcher, put pot back on machine, then pour in water. You can mark a line on picture, so you know where to fill to each time.

Doesn't drip through. Don't know where the coffee water went to?

When setting up a new machine, it requires 2 full decanters of water to be poured into the machine. After you have done this, then you plug the machine in and turn on the vacation switch on the side of the machine. After 15 min, then you will pour in 4-10 cups of water and it will force out the hot water from the tank in the back and brew the coffee. If this doesn't correct the problem, then please call customer service with the model and date code.

This is commercial and the water drips instead of flowing, took 20-30 min to make coffee, how can i clean?

Have you tried to brew without coffee to see how long it takes? If yes then use a pair of channel locke to remove sprayhead and then use the deliming sprding that came with your bunn and clean the brew line then try again, if you still get the ame result, the brewer needs to be descaled.

We find water under the coffeemaker in the morning.

Sounds like a leaking water pipe from the water source, unless you have a over temp heater and this results in steam and dripping.
