The electronic control board can be reset by unplugging refrigerator and waiting five minutes and replug electrical power to refrigerator. What are you wanting to reset on your model? What is the correct model number for your freezer/refrigerator? Tell me just what you are trying to reset and why? So I can help you better, Thanks Sea Breeze

Let me know and I will try to assist you. If the lights are on and not cooling the problem may be that the defrost timer is stuck in defrost or the compressor start relay may be defective. http://spares.bigwarehouse.com.au/index....

Refrigerator GTH18IBXWW Control panel lights not illuminated (refrig and freezer settings and read out). This after a power outage.

Unplug it and see if it resets after you wait 5 minutes and plug it back in. If the outage was caused by a surge, it may have damaged the control board.

Bottom freezer door pops open when you shut the top refrigerator door

See if you can adjust the front legs where it will have a slight backwards tilt, sometimes that works.

My GE deep freezer seems to be getting warmer. There only seems to be a freezer sensor panel. Does this mean that the sensor is broken or is there another way to get the freezer back to a deep freeze?

GE S/S Refrigerator model GSS20IEBWW auger not turning

Take a hair dryer and heat the auger drive gear. These will sometimes get moisture on them and freeze up.
Turn the refrigerator off first. Then remove the ice bin. The "U" shaped drive will be in the back.
After you have heated it thoroughly, try to move the gear manually. Resume power and try it again.
