No grains,sound ok ,osd ok
Check whether it is in AV mode. If not, check and replace its tuner.

The main IC TDA8375 is faulty.
I don't think know if you can get it from anywhere, because the production of this IC has been stopped by Toshiba, about 7years.
Replace it with any other main board available.
Do what you thinks best .

Warning: The following procedures should be done by an expert.
1.First step is to check the physical condition of the set.Before starting troubleshooting try to resolder the board and find any cold or loss solder.Then after plug the set and see if the filament of the tube glows.If not the trouble is in heater circuit.
2.After seeing the filament if it glows, check the CRT socket and open it.If you can see a sign of terminal decay such as greenish unwanted element on terminal surface,replace the CRT socket.
3.If replacement does remedy the problem check RGB drivers and resolder or replace jungle IC.
4.Try also to adjust the screen adjustment found in the flyback transformer.
5.Another possible cause is the vertical IC.Adjust the screen to full and see if their is a white horizontal line on the screen.If so the problem isin vertical circuit.
