Have you tried installing a new video driver or checking for a patch for PES? If not, head to AMD's site and look for drivers. It'll give you a drop down list that will let you choose your model number. Download and install those and see if that corrects anything. If not, check Konami's site for PES and see if there is a patch that increases the list of detected cards.

Hi there, it appears Konami also have a registration id that you need. Go to the Konami website to register https://www.konami.com/register Once you have this you could try entering this when you log in. Also, you may need to open some ports on your router, these are the ports you need 28910, 29900, 29901 and 29920 as well as 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS). If you go into your router (192.168.1.1 usually) and go to VLAN there should be options to add ports there. There are also port opening guides for different routers, if you type "how to open 'model' ports" in google.
