Sorry, can't be done. Those pixels weren't recorded, so there's no way to regenerate them.

Think of it this way. Suppose you look out the window and see a red car drive by. Look out the window an hour later and maybe a blue car drives by. Now, how many white cars drove by between those two cars? If you weren't looking (or had a surveillance camera), there's no way to tell. In your picture you've got a red pixel over here and a blue pixel over there. There's no way to tell what was in between.

There are some tricks that can be done to interpolate. If you have a bright red pixel and next to it a dark red pixel, then the pixel between them probably was a medium red. But maybe not: there could have been a blue object in between. Or the pixel in the middle might have been the same color as one of its neighbors. There's just no way to be certain.

Enlarging picture makes them blurry

Digital pictures have a set pixel density (resolution) when they are taken This can be adjusted on some cameras and on others it cannot. IF you are using a camera with a low rating or you have your camera set that way (more detailed picture with higher settings consumes more disk space) then enlarging the picture causes it to become blurry, Check the camera and see what the Mega Pixel rating is. The bigger the number the better and more expensive the camera..

In uploading to a website, so that pictures could be printed, a comment states low resolution and the pictures may be blurry when printed. Is there any setting on the camera that I can change that would...

I dont know what resolution your camera is, but make sure you have it set at the highest it can go. The higher the resolution the better quality the picture. I had a 12mp camera but you could set it as low as 4mp which is ok for snaps but if you are uploading or printing then you need to set your camera to a higher resolution if you can. Read your instruction book it should tell you how to configure your settings there. If it is an old camera that cant be changed then maybe its time to invest in a higher mp camera perhaps 8mp 10mp or even 12mp

Cameras on cell phones are low resolution cameras, this means less memory is needed.
To get larger picture, higher resolution picture/images you need to use a digital camera.

I am getting very low resolution pictures, what should I do? The pictures are very pixelated

So you're having on the resolution problem?

Try this:
1. Turn ON your camera, click center button (OK|FUNC)
2. There will be option for resolution scale.
3. It depends on your camera, higher resolution, higher quality.

Pictures taken from sony digital camera (6 Mega pixel) are not clearly seen on SONY DVP FX720. Is there any settings we need to do to get good quality?

change the format eg 640 x 480 to a higher resolution ...a good quality uses about 250kb per picture most jpegs use 50kb to save space
a really good picture can use 500kb.

Can not change the number of images that can be taken

Ok, this is a very easy procedure..
While in picture taking mode, press the set button and it will activate the controls to choose the image resolution. If you select a higher image size or number, it will improve your quality of picture as the number of the resolution you choose gets higher. Simply use the side scroll and the up/down scroll on the back... that will do it for you!

Resolution

you can't go UP in resolution after taking the pic. You can move it to a PC and lower resolution.
