No you can't use that printer to MAC OS.
Its not compatible for that OS. Just only for windows 95/98/2k/ME/NT/XP.

I was in the same boat but I found a workaround:
I looked through the pictures of the Samsung printers on their website and found one that looked like the SCX-4216F, which was the SCX-4X21, then I downloaded and chose the driver name "SCX-4X21" when I was installing the printer and booyah, it worked!
