Download DOSBox0.72-win32-installer.exe from dosbox.com and copy your C++ into that. Before copying follow the instructions.
This will give fullscreen support and can play all the dos games also.

REGSVR32 JDBOLEDB.DLL

This will try to register it. If no error messages pop up it's been added.

To unregister it do... /u

REGSVR32 /U JDBOLEDB.DLL
