Meridian switchboard and how to use it

The 7310 is a phone model number. The system is going to be a CICS, MICS, or a BCM. If you look on the top corner of the box it should be there. Once you find out the model go to http://pdf.textfiles.com/manuals/TELECOM-F-R/

Sounds like a stuck button.
Do what I call the rake... swipe at the keypad over and over, look to see if there is any button lower or depressed on the keypad or buttons.
Someone may have spilled something on it (cola, coffee), and the set may require to be taken apart if there is a stuck button.
