On page 158 and 168 you can set up the features of the phone.
In order to do that, you'll go back to the phone that works, and press PROG and each button and write down what it says.
It will say things like EXT-102, LOG IN-100, VTR-165, etc.
If the buttons are labeled, note what it says, then move over to the phone you want to program. Press PROG, the button, then dial the codes from pages 168 forward for each function. It's not that difficult, for example, a DSS for ext 101 would be 1101 STORE, call log is 30100 STORE (or similar).
Each button changes when you press STORE and the feature will move if it has already been stored in another location. HOLD PROG backs you out of programming.

Enter the extension number followed by the "#" sign. But, you will need to input a password next, so if you if you dont know that, you are out of luck. You will need to talk to the admin to find out what it is.
