I was about to give up and the last thing I tred worked as a full remote.
Use any cell phone I have android. Download free Peel Smart Remote. When setting up remote choose Sony. Works like a charm.

Need the code list for quantum view model QTC32A7F to set remotes

I found a perfect fix for the 32 inch Quantum View TVs with a DirecTV remote.

Press Menu (on your directv remote) , go to settings/help>Settings>RemoteControl>Program Remote>TV.

When prompted to choose a brand, select CURTIS MATHIS. The codes from Curtis Mathis should match the codes for your Quantum View TV.

Note: Make sure the remote can 'see' the receiver during this process.

Thee digit universal remote code for Curtis Mathis are:-
000/ 001/ 004/ 009/ 015/ 031/ 049/ 105/ 109
Four digit universal remote codes for Curtis Mathis are:-
0031 0105 0130
0004 0009 0000 0049
0109 0358 0001 0015

Direct Code Entry

Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then release the SETUP button.
Press and release the desired Mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator blinks, then stays lit.
Enter the 4 digit code from the code tables. Note: after a valid code entry, the red indicator turns off. For an invalid code, the red indicator flashes.
With your device on, press CHANNEL UP. If the device responds, no further programming is required. Note: If some buttons do not operate your device, try one of the other codes for your brand.

some of these will not work with certain tv's. your direct tv remote should be able to code in your tv with this direct tv or try their website for more answers

Try these codes for your remote and TV. The are the Zenith codes for a Curtis Mathes TV.

You can use the Directv remote to control all those devices.

Curtis Mathes TV Remote Control Codes for Programming the remote to the TV

I own a One-for-All universal remote, and my booklet says the setup code for a Curtis Mathes TV (without a built-in DVD or VCR) is one of the following numbers: 0030, 0047, 0054, 0060, 0093, 0145, 0154, 0166, 0451, 0702. I can not guarantee these numbers will work with your remote, but it is worth a try.

I have found some Curtis codes you can try. 00, 06, 11, 15, 21, 50.

If those do not work, does the cable remote have a "learn" function?

This is where you point the cable remote at the TV remote face-to-face & press all of the pertinent buttons on TV remote in order for the cable remote to "learn" what codes th e TV remote is generating for the various control functions. If the cable remote does have this function the users guide will give you step-by-step instructions. Barring that contact your cable provider.

Keep in mind that there are so many TV models being produced by numerous manufacturers these days that it maybe possible that your model's remote codes are not compatible with anything than another Curtis product. You may have to contact Curtis directly.

Just spoke to Curtis tech support. Most controllers not compatable with Curtis tvs, but there are three codes that will work with some remotes. They are 2622, 2295, 1218.

I have found the solution. I have a Sony TV and the Direct TV remote ended up in my bedroom with my Curtis television. I did not realize for 2 days I had the wrong remote. I finally programmed another remote with a Sony code and it worked like a charm. I did it even on a Universal RCA remote and it worked. So, the Sony codes work on the Curtis Television.
