Type into google drivers.downloadatoz.com and then type in the name and model of your device and download the driver and install. your device should work good luck.

connect the scanner and then power it on.
now open the "My Computer"
look for the scanners & camera in that
if you see that then you can double click it and a new scanner and camera wizard will open run it, it will help you scan the documents.
