Ironman inspire board powers up but the motor will not start when the start button is pushed

That has to be one of the longest questions I've seen on here but unfortunately it doesn't help figure out what's going on, you've replaced the power supply a couple times, but you didn't say anything about testing the 5 and 12 volt rails to see if you have the correct voltage and if it's free of ripple. Have you tested the "on pin" on the power board to see if the power supply is being commanded to come out of sleep mode and turn on? Another thing to test is the on command to the main board, I'd have to pull a service manual to see what it should be but generally it's around 2.5 volts on most Funai brand sets. To be able to repair a TV it generally takes some electrical engineering knowledge and takes more than just replace some boards and hope it helps.

The PCB unit ie the control panel circuit board has gone bad. The probable cause of the same is moisture on the board.

Please adjust the reed swtich , attached below see the diagram and adjust according. 1/8-/14" 2) Tight the ribbon cable from keypanel 3) Tight the connecto from display board vs main motor board.

Run the software calibration for easy diagnose and troubleshooting.

A Hard reset restores the original factory settings and will erase all downloaded content, including ringtones, contacts stored in the handset memory, etc. Back up all necessary data on the device memory before proceeding.

1. With the phone turned off, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then briefly press the POWER button.
2. Wait for the screen with the 3 Android images to appear, and then release the VOLUME DOWN button.
3. Press VOLUME DOWN to select CLEAR STORAGE, and then press POWER.
4. Press VOLUME UP to start the factory reset.

Hello, I just repaired the exact same problem a few days ago. The problem is either your even heat board or the motor relay. There are two pink wires with black tracer on the motor relay on the right side. You should be getting a reading of 48 VDC when the push-to- start button is pushed. If you don't get 48 VDC, then you need to change out the even heat board. Hope this helps! Chances are, it's just the motor relay and should cost you under $20 to fix. If you have a technician look at it, then he should charge you under $100. Thank you.

Seems you've covered the timer and push to start switch.
If so then....
The principle the system runs on is, if the timer is turned on, 2 wires come out of it to run the the motor.
The first goes to the push to start switch and when pressed it sends power directly to the motor.
The second wire goes to the motor, but thru a centrifugal switch that must be up to speed before it sends power to the motor.
That is why it continues to run even when you release the start button.
The centrifugal switch is a part of the motor.
Either the centrifugal switch failed, or the power wire to it is disconnected or broken.

See if your motor is okay 1st. Find your wires feeding your Fan motor. (This means the 2 power wires L1 & L2 if 220v or L1 & N if 115V) Carefully put the power to these 2 wires and see if you hear the motor hum or start. If it hums the run capacitor could be bad.Try spinning the motor with the power applied. If it starts most likely the run capacitor is out. If it starts without you helping it the control board or switch is most likely out.

It is possible the unit has a energy saving setting. If it gets locked into this the fan may not run.
If the unit has electronic controls and an electronic display read out, the board is the most likely suspect. Unplug it and see if it resets.
If not then the board is probably out with a stuck relay or stuck program. New board time. Or replace the unit.

If it has a rotary or push button type control then either of these 2 switches are suspect.

That should be just a push to start switch. The start switch is inside the motor. When the motor turns fast enough it trips an internal switch to keep the motor running. It sounds like you have a motor on the way out.
