You can use the Google Cloud Print service to send print requests to your printer. But, not all printers are supported
or you can read in Acer C7 Chromebook Manual on page 18 about Setting up a printer.

Cannon MP270 printer cannot recognise printer cartridges
HP likes to screw around with their customers by having expiry dates on their cartridges, if its date expired the printer won't recognize it. Cannon may do the same, check the cart for any expiry date.

I lost the canon mp270 series cd rom
most software is available on the internet for download.
if you try just plugging it into your computer via db or USB the computer should recognize it and you can set it up...in all probability you will need a driver and that will be a case of downloading it if not already present on your computer

I lost my disc for my cannon 270series printer and i need to hook it up to a new computer and it wont let me cause i dont have the disc to download it
Since you did not provide me an operating system, here is the link to cannon to download the driver you will need to click on the drop down and select your OS. From there it should be fairly self explanitory to download and install the driver.

I have a cannon mp270 printer /copier /scanner and when I scan a document there is a thick black line down one side which obscures text/ photos etc. I have cleaned the glass. It is only 9 months old. Any...
that sounds like one of the scanners bulbs is not working correctly. since the unit is most likely still under the one year manufacturer warranty I would recommend that you contact the manufacturer for warranty replacement.
