You can easily download and install the Lexmark X1150 driver from the Lexmark website at http://bit.ly/9fE1Q9. Click on the Microsoft or Macintosh drop-down to choose the version of your computer's operating system. See image below:
Then, download, execute the file and follow the instructions in the software.
