I will not use my refrigirator for six months. What shall I do? Unplug the power?

iFit is a subscription service, you have not connected to WiFi, haven't subscribed, haven't paid, so you don't get the service. You can't 'reset it'.

Try this; There is a small reset button next to the eject buttom. Use a paper clip or pen tip to push it to reset the unit to the factory settings.

if you have a bottom freezer, you need to defrost the unit the cool air from the freeezer is what cools the top part, but the channels are iced up
unplug the unit and let it thaw out overnight

most likely a faulty defrost heater. problem is creating blocked air flow.

Call Lowe's. Tell them. They should swap you out with one that works, or have it serviced. Have you tried to make the outlet power something else?? Plug in a lamp or something convenient. If there IS power, call Lowe's. If NO POWER, check for a tripped breaker or a bad outlet.

first if its only been months since he replaced part then you need to check to see what kind of manf. warranty there is on the part. most parts have one year warranty. let me know.

Have had same trouble every six months, or so.
Just turn it off and then unplug the power cord for about 10 minutes. That has fixed it for me every time.
